Who IS This Guy?
Here's My Story:
For starters, I probably shouldn't even be here. My great-grandfather—a member of the Italian presidential police—brought his family to America to safeguard them from the Mafia. My grandfather served as a B-17 flight mechanic and turret gunner on a full deck of high-risk bombing flights in World War II. And my dad only met my mom because he turned to selling cookware after a fluke accident ended his professional baseball career before it even started.
What does all of that have to do with advertising? Nothing; and everything.
My name is Steven Crane. And my life, just like yours, is a story—a tale which in my case does actually include two decades of professional writing experience. These are just a few of the entries in my book. I've also told tales about financial planning, and advanced medical technology, and drywall, and children’s television—but those are stories for another day.
